About Us

We are a third generation family owned company.  We were founded in 1954 by William (Bill) and Genevieve Curnutte.  Our company first began distributing plumbing products and shortly thereafter, expanded our product line to include Heat & Air products.  During the early 1970's, Fred and Kathy Kidd (Curnutte) joined our team and during that time that we added our Consumer Products (appliances and electronics) division.  During the late 1980's, we added furniture to the Consumer Products division.

We presently employee approximately 100 people, warehouse products in eight locations within five states and distribute product to all or part of eight states.

Anyone in the distribution business can attest to how tough business is today.  With the evolution of the national retail chains and the consolidation of the traditional wholesale channel, it is a challenge to compete.  Our keys to success are simple:  our employees and customers are number one.  Our employees are loyal and we are like one big family.  Our inside support staff has an average of over 15 years of service.  Branch managers are the most loyal in the industry, salesmen are the most professional and our truck drivers are the best in their class.

We are successful because we strive to give our customers first class service every step of the way.  We deliver on our trucks, we have an excellent outside sales team and we have an excellent inside support group to pull it all together.  We truly appreciate and earn our customers business every day.  We strive to be business partners with our customers and their families.
